Here is a recent vinyl siding replacement we got to do for our customer named Dan from Lancaster! This was a fairly straightforward project as you will be able to see from the images. Dan’s home was overdue for a siding replacement and color update. Smucker’s Exteriors & Remodeling is a professional Amish contractor serving Lancaster County Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas.

3 STEP SIDING REPLACEMENT FOR DAN’S LANCASTER HOME
This new vinyl siding installation in Lancaster, PA was pretty straightforward from start to finish. Dan was ready for an update and his home was due for new siding. REMOVE DAN’S OLD SIDING
In order to complete this new vinyl siding installation for Dan, we first had to remove all of Dan’s existing siding. We know that construction projects like this can be loud and messy at times. In these construction pictures, you can see some mess around the house. Smucker’s Exteriors is always very meticulous in cleaning up the job site at the end of each day so that you never feel like you’re living in a construction zone!
NEW WEATHERSMART HOUSE WRAP FOR DAN’S HOME
Before installing Dan’s brand new siding we were careful to wrap every inch of Dan’s exposed home with WeatherSmart house wrap. This house wrap is designed to channel any sneaky moisture that may get behind his vinyl siding away from the house preventing any rot or structural damage.
INSTALL DAN’S NEW VINYL SIDING
The last step in the vinyl install process was to actually install Dan’s new vinyl siding. We finished all the corners and soffits with detail and quality. This new vinyl siding will last Dan for many years to come. You can see how clean and crisp his home exterior looks after the new vinyl siding installation.
