Project Overview

This home received a full exterior makeover with James Hardie siding in Cobblestone, accented by white Azek trim and board-and-batten details. The project also included a custom pent roof over the garage, new gutters, and a ProVia entry door installation.

Highlights

• Installed HardiePlank lap siding with board-and-batten accents
• Added Henry Weathersmart house wrap for moisture protection
• Upgraded with Azek composite trim around windows, doors, and foundations
• Built a 24' pent roof over the garage with Everlast standing seam metal roofing and decorative Fypon brackets

• Repointed and sealed the front brick sidewalk
• Added 6" seamless gutters with proper drainage
• Painted existing shutters and door in navy for contrast
