The Full Scope of Work

- Full removal of two existing layers of shingles down to the roof sheeting.
- Installation of new CertainTeed Landmark shingles with high-performance synthetic felt paper.
- Installation of Ice & Water shield on the bottom 3 feet of the roof, in all valleys, and on any low-pitch sections.
- Addition of a new ridge vent system to ensure proper attic ventilation and airflow.
- Siding & Moisture Barrier:
- Removal of existing siding and house wrap, followed by the installation of new Henry high-performance house wrap and flashing.
- Installation of CertainTeed Monogram vinyl siding in a standard stock color.
- Premium upgrade to CertainTeed Cedar Impression siding on designated front sections of the home.

- Gutters & Ventilation:
- Installation of new 5" seamless white .032 gauge aluminum gutters with hidden hangers.
