This comprehensive job is all about transforming the home's exterior with high-performance, low-maintenance materials, focusing on incredible curb appeal and lasting protection against the elements. We're giving this home a total aesthetic shift!
Project Highlights: Lebanon Home Exterior Transformation
This extensive remodel, with an issue date of November 28, 2024, focuses on a total aesthetic shift using varied siding textures and enhanced architectural trim work.
New Siding & Stone:
- Full stucco remediation: Removal of all existing stucco and house wrap down to the concrete foundation.
- Advanced Protection: Installation of new Drainable Henry WeatherSmart house wrap on the entire house.
- Multi-Texture Siding: Installation of Alside Ascend siding 7" reveal (Cast Iron Color), Alside Ascend Board & Batten (Cast Iron Color), and Alside Architectural 2 hand split 7" Shingle shake siding (Cape Cod Gray Color).
- New Stone Veneer: Installation of Provia 2" Stone (Slate Terra Cut) in all existing stone areas, plus adding stone to the foundation corners and basement wall per the final rendering.
Trim, Fascia, & Soffits:
- Azek Trim Detail: Installation of 5/4 Azek outside corners , Azek composite trim around 3 front windows , and Azek trim on the garage doors.
- Architectural Moldings: Installation of 5" Azek Crown molding and 1x8 under all soffits.
- Low-Maintenance Soffits: Installation of new white Triple 3 1/3 invisavent vented vinyl soffits and smooth white aluminum fascia/rake.
- Back Deck Enhancements: Wrapping all back deck beams and posts in White Azek composite material.
Roofing & Gutters:
- Standing Seam Metal: Removal of old porch roof shingles and installation of a Drexel 16" SS450SL panel 24 gauge Standing Seam Metal roof (Black paint finish) on the porch roof and small garage roof.
- Gutters & Protection: Installation of 5" heavy .032 gauge seamless white gutters with 2x3 downspouts. This also includes installing 5" Gutter RX leaf guard.
