New Siding:

·     Removed existing stucco siding

·     Removed fiber board insulation and installed sheathing

·     Installed new James Hardy fiber cement 8 ¼” cedarmill,straight edge shingle and board & batton siding (Navajo Beige)

·     Installed Hyrdo-Gap Drainable house wrap

·     Installed Azek trim around all windows and doors

·     Replaced porch posts and beam with composite trims

New Garage Doors:

·      New garage doors

·      Azek trim around all garage doors

 New Fascia & Soffit:

·     Installed white aluminium fascia and CertainTeed Invisivent vented soffit

New Gutters:

·     Installed new 5” heavy .032-gauge white seamless gutters.

·     Installed new 2x3 downspouts and elbows.

New Roof:

·     Removed existing roof down to the sheathing

·     Installed CertainTeed Roofrunner synthetic feltpaper with CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles (moire black)

·     Installed Standing Seam on front porch and pentroof

·     Installed 2 Velux skylights

New Construction Paradigm Windows:

·     Removed existing windows and replaced with New Construction8300 series Paradigm windows

·     Installed New 8300 series Paradigm vinyl sliding door

New Roof Over Front Entrance Door:

·     Built a custom roof over front entrance door

New Front Door:

·     Installed  Therma-Tru fiberglass front entry door with sidelights and transim

New Paradigm 8300 Series Windows:

·     Removed existing windows and replaced with NewParadigm 8300 Series Windows

New Front Door Roof:

• Built a custom roof over the front entry door

New Pent Roof Over Garage Doors:

• A  custom pent roof was installed over both garage doors

New Dormer On Garage Roof:

• A new dormer was installed on the garage roof

Overhangs Extended to 12”

• Installed  6” gutters with leaf guard
