Stucco Remediation, James Hardie Siding, and New Windows & Doors in Chadd's Ford

We are so excited to get started on this huge home transformation in beautiful Chadds Ford, PA! This stucco remediation project was all about taking the home from its existing stucco exterior to a stunning, modern, and highly durable facade using James Hardie HardiePlank siding and premium Marvin windows. This comprehensive project ensures the home will be protected for years to come while looking incredible.

Project Highlights: Exterior Stucco Remediation in Chadds Ford

New Siding & Dryvit:

• Full stucco remediation: Remove all existing stucco and house wrap.
• Advanced Protection: Install new Henry Weathersmart Drainable house wrap.
• James Hardie Siding: Install James Hardie HardiePlank fiber cement siding - Cedarmill (Color Evening Blue).
• Siding Upgrades: Upgrade the siding on the two chimneys to Hardie Staggered Edge Shingle siding. Upgrade three front gables to James Hardie Board and Batten (Statement Color Evening Blue).
• Dryvit: Install Dryvit on masonry sections.

New Windows (25 Units Total):

• Removal and disposal of 24 existing windows.
• Installation of 24 new Marvin Essential windows (including double hung, casement, picture, and a Signature Series Circle Top).
• Installation of 1 Viwinco Hopper Window (replacement window).
• Installation of interior trim with sill on all 24 windows.

New Doors (4 Units):

• Front Door: Install a Provia Signet door.
• Basement Slider: Install a Marvin Essential Slider door.
• Garage Door: Install a Provia Legacy Steel door.
• Garage to House Door: Install a Provia Legacy Steel door (20-minute fire rated).

Azek Trim, Fascia, & Soffits:

• Window Trim: Install Azek composite trim around all 23 windows with Azek historic sills.
• Garage Trim: Install Azek Trim on 3 garage doors.
• Soffits & Fascia: Install new white Certianteed Invisavent Triple 3~1/3 vented soffit and smooth white aluminum fascia.
