We were excited to work with this customer on transforming their beautiful home in Kennett Square, PA! This project was all about giving the house a total refresh, moving away from the existing stucco to a low-maintenance, high-quality exterior. This customer was fun to collaborate with, and we were honored to bring his vision of a complete exterior renovation—and a major outdoor living space upgrade—to life!

This total home makeover, estimated on July 3, 2024, involved updating everything from the windows and doors to a huge new backyard feature, ensuring both stunning curb appeal and lasting durability.
New Siding:
- Full removal of existing stucco siding and house wrap down to the foundation.
- Installation of new Henry house wrap.
- Installation of Certainteed Monogram Vinyl siding in a stock available color.
New Deck & Roof:
- Removal of the existing deck and brick that was in the way.
- Building a massive 32′×12′ deck with a roof.
- Decking: Fiberon Composite decking (Good life series Beach House color).
- Railing: Keylink textured black aluminum railing.
- Roofing: New Certainteed Landmark pro shingles on the deck roof, matching the main house.
New Windows (27 Units):
- Removal and disposal of 27 existing windows.
- Installation of 27 new construction Provia Endure windows (EN600 series). The package includes 11 single double hung units, 9 double unit double hung, 2 triple unit double hung, 3 basement hopper windows, 1 casement window, and 1 picture window.
- Installation of new interior trim on 23 window units.
New Doors:
- Installation of a Signet Single Entry Door in FusionFrame Textured (front door).
- Installation of 1 Provia Endure Collection Sliding door.
- Installation of a 20-Gauge Single Entry Door in Fusion Frame Smooth (steel entry door).
Trim, Gutters & Extras:
- New Front porch cover installed with a Drexel Standing Seam metal roof and Azek trim/post wraps.
- Installation of new Perimeter Triple 3 1/3" invisivent vented soffit and Textured aluminum fascia.
- Installation of 6" heavy .032 gauge seamless gutters.
- Installation of Azek trim on 2 garage doors.
- Installation of 9 pairs of vinyl shutters.
