This comprehensive stucco remediation project involved a complete transition from the existing stucco and siding to James Hardie HardiePlank siding with top-tier moisture-resistant installation techniques. Key Improvements:

• New Siding:
  
  • Full removal of existing stucco and house wrap
  • Installation of new Henry House Wrap
  • Installation of James Hardie HardiePlank 7" fiber cement siding with the Cedarmill finish.

• New Roof:
  
  • Removal of existing shingles
  • Installation of Certainteed Landmark shingles
  • New drip edge, synthetic felt paper, pipe boots, and Ice & Water shield.
